From time to time, for us to keep your app up-to-date and fully functional, you will be required to log into your Apple Developer Account and accept any pending agreements. Our team will notify you any time you have a pending agreement that needs to be accepted.
Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:
- Sign in to your Apple Developer Account as the Account Holder.
- There will be a banner indicating that you have an agreement that needs to be reviewed and accepted.
- Follow the link in the banner to "Review Agreement".
- To confirm if you've successfully accepted any pending agreements, go to My Apps and choose one of your apps. Look for a “+” symbol and click on it. If a dialog box appears where you can input a version number, consider the process completed.
- If you encounter an error message indicating there are still pending agreements, you should review all agreements at App Store Connect Agreements and accept any Paid Application agreements listed there. No banking information is required; you only need to accept the terms of the agreements.
If you don't log in as the Account Holder, you will see a "Contact" button that will allow you to contact your Account Holder.
