Responding to Google Play Store Reviews
- Sign in to your Google Play Console account.
- Open Play Console and go to the Reviews page (Ratings and reviews > Reviews).
- In the “Your reply” field below a review, type your response or select a suggested reply.
- If you select a suggested reply and you haven’t added contact information to use in suggested replies before, type a phone number, email address, or website.
- Select Publish Reply.
Responding to Apple App Store Reviews
- Sign in to your App Store Connect account.
- From My Apps, select your app. The page opens with the App Store tab selected.
- In the sidebar, click Ratings and Reviews.
- From the menu on the right side, select the platform (iOS or macOS) with the review you wish to reply to.
- Find the review and click Reply next to the review.
- In the dialog that appears, enter a reply in the text field and click Submit
