STQRY Engage collects feedback and contact details from your visitors, and keeps them in one place in STQRY Builder. It has three parts.
| Part | What it does |
|---|---|
| Forms | Surveys, sign-ups and feedback forms. Share them by link, QR code or email, or put them on a screen in your app. |
| People | Everyone who has filled in a form, plus anyone you add yourself. |
| Marketing Lists | Groups of people who have agreed to hear from you, such as a newsletter list. |
Where to find it
Engage has two homes in Builder.
- Engagement, in the sidebar, is where you work day to day. It holds People, Marketing Lists and Forms, where you send forms and read submissions.
- Manage Account → STQRY Engage is where you set things up. You build and edit forms there, and create marketing lists.

Engagement in the sidebar holds People, Marketing Lists and Forms.

Manage Account → STQRY Engage is where forms and marketing lists are set up.
Who can use it
Access depends on each user's CRM permission. Account admins have full access automatically.
| CRM permission | What the user can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything, including building forms and creating marketing lists |
| Standard | Send forms, create share links, add submissions, and manage people and subscribers |
| View | See people, lists and submissions without changing them |
To change a user's access, go to Manage Account → Manage Users, edit the user, and set CRM under Permissions.
If you don't see Engagement in the sidebar, ask your account admin to give you a CRM permission.
Your first form
- Create a form and give it a title.
- Add fields to a form for the questions you want to ask.
- Share it with a link or QR code, by email, or on a screen in your app.
- View the submissions as they come in.
Next steps
- Create a form: start collecting responses.
- How form submissions add people: how a response becomes a contact.
- Manage marketing lists: build a list people can sign up to.
