A Form section puts an STQRY Engage form on a screen in your app, so visitors can fill it in without leaving the screen.
Before you start
You'll need:
- a form. See Create a form.
- a CRM permission, to see your forms in the section. See Get started with STQRY Engage.
Add the section
- Open the screen and click Add section.
- Choose Form section.
- Under Form, choose the form.
- Under Share link, choose a link, or click New link to make one.
- Click Save & Close, then save the screen.

A Form section needs a form and one of its share links.
Responses through the screen are counted against that share link, just like responses from its QR code or web address. Use a link of its own, labelled for the app, to see how many responses come from there. See Share a form with a link or QR code.
Behaviour notes
- If the share link is revoked, expires or reaches its limit, the section is hidden from visitors. Builder warns you on the section, and you can choose another link.
- Visitors need an internet connection to fill in the form.
- A form used on a screen can't be archived until you remove it from the screen.
Next steps
- View and export form submissions: see the responses.
- What people see when they fill in a form: the respondent's side.
