A share link lets anyone with the link open your form and send a response. Each link comes with a QR code and code for embedding the form on your website.
You can create as many links as you like for one form. Give each one its own label, such as Poster or Newsletter, to see how many responses came from each.
Create a share link
- Go to Engagement → Forms and open the form.
- Open the Link invites tab and click Create link.
- Enter a Label. Only your team sees it.
- Optionally set a Submission limit and an Expiry date. Leave them blank for a link that never stops.
- If the form has hidden fields, you can also set Prefill fields (see below).
- Click Create link.

A share link needs only a label.
The new link opens straight away, with its QR code.
Use the link
To see a link again, click the eye icon on its row. The dialog shows:
- the QR code, with Download QR code (SVG) and Download QR code (PNG)
- the Link, the Embed URL and the Embed code, each with a copy button

Each share link has its own QR code and embed code.
To show the form on your website, copy the Embed code and paste it into your page's HTML. To add it to a screen in your app, see Add a form to a screen.
Prefill fields
Prefill fields saves a value with the link, and every response through that link carries it. Use it to record where a response came from, like Front desk or Spring newsletter.
Only Hidden fields can be prefilled from a share link, and you can't change the values after the link is created. See Add fields to a form.
Link status
| Status | Means |
|---|---|
| Active | The link is accepting responses. |
| Limit reached | The link has had as many responses as its Submission limit. |
| Expired | The Expiry date has passed. |
| Revoked | You stopped the link. |
To stop a link straight away, click the revoke icon on its row.

The Link invites tab shows each link's status and how many responses it has had.
Revoking takes effect immediately. It can't be turned back on, so create a new link if you need one. To see what people get from a stopped link, see What people see when they fill in a form.
Next steps
- Send a form by email: send a personal link to each person.
- View and export form submissions: see the responses.
