The Publishing section of STQRY Builder gives you everything you need to monetize your tours and guides — from setting prices and generating access codes to tracking sales and requesting payouts. This guide walks you through each tab in the Publisher Dashboard.
Accessing the Publisher Dashboard
Log in at https://beta-us.stqry.com
Click Publishing in the left-hand menu to open the Publisher Dashboard. This gives you an at-a-glance view of your sales activity — including code redemptions, in-app purchases, and their value — all in one chart. You can filter by time period and monitor your credit balance directly from this screen.

The Publisher Dashboard has four tabs: Publisher Dashboard, Manage Codes, Marketplace Earnings, and Pricing & Distribution.
Understanding Your Credit Balance
Your credit balance is displayed on the Publisher Dashboard and has two types:
- Expiring credits — issued at each subscription renewal. These credits can accumulate and stay valid for up to 12 months.
- Non-expiring credits — additional credits you've purchased separately. These remain available until used.
Each code redemption consumes 1 credit. See Understanding Credits on STQRY for full details on how credits work.
To top up your credits, contact your Customer Success Manager or email support@stqry.com. Self-service credit top-ups within the builder are coming soon.
Pricing & Distribution
The Pricing & Distribution tab is where you set up products and control how your content is sold or locked.

For step-by-step instructions on locking content and generating access codes, see How to Lock Content and Generate Access Codes.
Marketplace Earnings
The Marketplace Earnings tab gives you a complete view of your sales performance and payouts.

At the top, you'll see four summary cards:
- Lifetime sales — total revenue from all in-app purchases and code redemptions.
- Commissionable sales — the portion of sales eligible for your commission payout.
- Lifetime payout — the total amount already paid out to you.
- Remaining balance — your current unpaid commission balance.
Below the summary, use the Transaction history tab to see individual purchase records — including purchase date, platform type (iOS, Android, Web), content, code used, and price. Switch to the Payouts tab to see a record of all payouts processed.

Requesting a Payout
Payouts are audited once per month. If your commissionable balance exceeds $150, you can click Request Payout at any time to initiate the process. Payouts are processed via Wise.
Payments are issued every $150 via Wise. To set up or update your banking details for payouts, contact your CSM or email support@stqry.com.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do credits work?
Credits are consumed each time an access code is redeemed or an in-app purchase is made outside of STQRY-powered platforms. Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment — expiring credits are issued at each subscription renewal and remain valid for up to 12 months, while purchased credits never expire. See Understanding Credits on STQRY for full details on credit allotments, pricing, and usage.
Can I set different prices for different platforms?
Yes. When adding a new product, you can set separate prices for iOS, Android, and Web. This lets you adjust pricing per platform based on store fees or your pricing strategy.
A price requires users to make an in-app purchase through Google Play, the Apple App Store or the web app to access the content. A code lets users access content by entering a valid access code — these codes can be sold through your website, the STQRY web app, or OTA platforms. You can also combine both — set a price and require a code, giving you maximum flexibility.
Can I edit a code after creating it?
No. Once a code is generated, the code itself cannot be modified. However, you can edit the code settings or archive it if it's no longer needed.
What happens after a code expires or is cancelled?
Once the validation date has passed or if you cancel a code, the end user will no longer have access to the tour content. Make sure to communicate validity periods to your users when distributing codes.
Do app-wide coupon codes bypass App Store or Google Play payments?
No. App-wide coupon codes do not bypass App Store or Google Play payments. Users must first download the app through the store, and the coupon code is entered within the app after download.
How do I track which codes are being used?
The Manage Codes tab shows real-time redemption counts for each code. Use the search and filter options to find specific codes, or download a CSV for offline analysis.
When do I receive my payout?
Payouts are audited monthly. Once your commissionable balance exceeds $150, you can request a payout at any time by clicking Request Payout on the Marketplace Earnings tab. Payouts are processed via Wise.
