The STQRY Kiosk Player can be deployed using our STQRY Kiosk app or a web browser. Using our app is the preferred way.

Installing the STQRY Kiosk App

  1. Download the app from the Microsoft Store.
  2. Install the app
  3. Launch the app and enter the project ID and token

Configuring Single App Mode on Windows

The STQRY Kiosk Player can be configured to run in Single App Mode using a Windows feature called Assigned Access. This ensures that the device only runs the Kiosk app, preventing users from accessing other applications.

Note: Assigned Access is supported on the following Windows editions: Pro, Enterprise / Enterprise LTSC, Education, IoT Enterprise / IoT Enterprise LTSC.

Windows Home Edition is not supported.

Steps to Configure Assigned Access

Below, we show the easiest way to configure Assigned Access on Windows, but for more advanced use cases, you can refer here.

1. Open the Settings app, and go to Accounts > Other Users
