With the in-app rating feature, users can easily provide feedback directly within the app, promoting higher engagement levels and offering valuable insights for app improvement.




How It Works:


The in-app rating popup operates through two primary methods. 


Firstly, it activates based on predefined behaviors within the app, which can be adjusted to specify when the popup appears. With this option, we've designed it to only display once per app install, prioritizing a seamless user experience and avoiding repetitive review requests.


To enable this feature for your app, go to the Project Overview page and switch on the "Enable App Review" option.


Moreover, users can manually trigger the in-app rating popup by adding a designated button. However, it's important to note that due to restrictions from the app stores, this popup will only appear a maximum of three times within a 365-day period.


To activate this feature for your app, follow these steps:


1. Go to the Content section.

2. Create a new screen or select an existing one.

3. Click on "New Section."

4. Then, select the "Links or buttons" section.

5. Choose the desired layout.

6. Click on "Add new item."

7. From the options provided, select "App Review." (Refer to the attached screenshots for visual guidance).
