STQRY Fleet is a tour guide system that allows you to provide your visitors with audio tours and enhanced content on your devices. These instructions will guide you through the steps to update your STQRY Fleet app on Android.
Step 1: Connect to Wi-Fi
1. Access your app settings by clicking the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen. If you add Badges or enable the Favorites button, the Settings tab will change to Profile. You can still find the settings by tapping Profile, where the settings cog icon will appear in the top-right corner. Open the app Settings > Tap 5 times on the text “App version:” or “Settings” and enter the provided PIN to access the App Settings extension. If you're unsure of your PIN, reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for assistance. | ![]() |
2. Scroll down and select “Open Settings” | ![]() |
3. On the App settings screen, locate and click on the search icon, then search for "Wifi." | ![]() |
4. Toggle "Use Wi-Fi" and choose the desired Wifi network to connect. | ![]() |
Step 2: Check for Updated Content
1. Return to the app. Open the app Settings > Tap 5 times on the text “App version:” or “Settings” and input the provided PIN. 2. Click "Check for updated content" to enforce updates for each tour individually or choose "Sync Content" to update all tours simultaneously. Repeat this step for every language if applicable. | ![]() |
Step 3: Disconnect Wi-Fi after Confirming App Update
Once you've ensured the app is updated, follow the steps in Step 1 to turn off Wi-Fi. Simply toggle off “Use Wi-Fi” to conserve device battery.
