STQRY Engage can tell you about each new response to a form, by email or by sending it to another system. You set this up on the Notify tab of the form editor, in Manage Account → STQRY Engage → Forms.

Email notifications

  1. Open the form and go to the Notify tab.
  2. Turn on Email notifications.
  3. Under Recipients, add each email address that should hear about new responses.
  4. Click Save Changes.

The Notify tab with Email notifications switched on, showing a Recipients box and an Add button, and Webhook notifications switched off.

Add one address at a time, then save.

Each new response sends an email titled "New response to" and the form's name, with every answer in a table. The addresses don't need to belong to Builder users.

Webhook notifications

A webhook sends each new response to another system, such as a CRM, Zapier or your own server. It's for whoever looks after your other systems.

  1. Turn on Webhook notifications.
  2. Enter the Webhook URL. It must start with https://.
  3. Copy the Signing secret and give it to whoever runs the receiving system.

Each response is sent as JSON, signed with the secret in the X-STQRY-Signature header so the receiver can check it came from STQRY.

Turning webhooks off and on again creates a new signing secret. Update the receiving system when you do.
