Slideshow

The Slideshow tool enables you to showcase several images simultaneously along with an audio track. Create a diverse media experience by using Slideshow, Media Gallery, and Single Media sections together. You can add multiple slideshow sections on a single screen, just like all other screen items.

How to add a Slideshow

Since slideshows aren't added as media items themselves, you will first navigate to the screen you wish to have this feature, click “New section,” then click “Slideshow section”.

Upon clicking the “Slideshow section”, the next area will show you three fields to fill out: Title, Slideshow audio, and Slideshow images. Filling in the Title field is optional, but you must add at least one audio file. You can add as many images as you want.

Next, adjust the start time for each image. The start time determines when the image will appear relative to the start of the audio file, not how long it will stay on the screen. Instead, the image will stay on screen until the next image is set to start

Select 'Save' or 'Save & Close' to save the slideshow.

How will my Slideshow look on the app?

After building your Slideshow, it's important to review your work to ensure that the timing is satisfactory. Make sure to link the screen to a live Tour or Tab, and then launch STQRY Preview to see your images play with an audio track. For instructions on using STQRY Preview, click here.

For users, Slideshow Audio will autoplay on all 3 tour modes: Self Guided, Guided, or Remote Play. However, only Remote Play mode will show the images in full-screen automatically.
