Image Slider is a powerful tool that allows you to showcase images in a captivating and interactive way on your app. This feature is particularly useful when you want to present comparisons or before-and-after visuals.
Follow the steps below to create an Image Slider section on your app:
Step 1: Accessing the Image Slider Section
- Go to the "Content" section of your app's dashboard.
- Navigate to the "Screens" tab and click on the desired screen you want to edit.
- Click on "New Section" then"Image Slider Section" from the available options.
Step 2: Setting up the Image Slider
- In the Image Slider dialog box, provide a relevant "Title" for your slider.
- Upload the images you want to display as the "Left Image" and "Right Image." These will be the images that the user can compare by sliding the slider.
- Determine the "Start Position" for your slider. The "Start Position" option sets the percentage where the slider will begin dividing the two images. For an equal division of images, you may input 50.
- Define the "Aspect Ratio" for your images. The "Aspect Ratio" determines how big or small the images will appear on the screen. You can choose from preset aspect ratios or customize it to your liking.
- Optionally, add a "Caption" below the images. The "Caption" will be shown below the Image Slider section on the app and can be used to provide a brief description of your images to engage users.
Step 3: Saving the Image Slider Section
Once you have configured the settings for your Image Slider, click "Save" or "Save & Close" to apply the changes.
For a visual guide, please refer to our tutorial video below.
Step 4: Check for Updated Content
To view the change in the app, go to "App Settings" and hit "Check for updated content". Once finished, go back to the screen you edited to see the change.
With the Image Slider section, you can create visually engaging content that captivates your app's users and effectively communicates your message. Experiment with different images and settings to find the perfect combination for your app's needs. Happy showcasing!
