Understanding Full Screen Images
Full Screen Images are a powerful tool for creating interactive and engaging content. Here's a breakdown of this feature:
- Full Screen Coverage: The Full Screen Image does exactly what its name suggests. It takes over the entire screen, ensuring your audience gets an unobstructed view of your visual content.
Hotspots: We offer the option to include hotspots on your image. Hotspots are like magic portals that can be linked to other Screens, Lists, Tours, Websites, Phones, Emails, Social Links, or Media Items. They provide additional information or serve as navigation elements to guide your users through your content.
Image Options: Your creative freedom is unrestricted. You can opt for a standard image or go big with a panoramic/360-degree image.
How to Use Full Screen Images
Unlocking the potential of Full Screen Images within STQRY is incredibly straightforward. Here's your step-by-step guide to using this feature:
Access the STQRY Builder: Begin your journey by logging into your STQRY account.
Select or Create a Screen: Head over to the Content section, click on Screens, and choose "Add A New Screen." Now, here's where you take the leap – select the "Full Screen Image" option from the available screen types.
- Setting Up the Screen: You'll need to complete the necessary details for the screen. This includes adding titles, uploading images (both Large Cover and Square Image are optional), and coordinates (also optional). Once you've got it all filled out, simply hit "Save & Close" to save your changes.
Upload Your Image: Upload a new image or choose one from the library, whether it's a standard image or a panoramic/360-degree. Ensure the image is in either PNG or JPEG format for optimal results.
Adding Hotspots (Optional): If you're inclined to make your Full Screen Image more interactive, you have the option to add hotspots. These not only enhance user engagement but can also be customized to fit your style. You can even upload your images for the hotspots.
Save Your Changes: Don't forget to save your screen setup.
To customize a marker, simply click on the pencil icon next to a hotspot, and upload your own image. We support transparent images, opening possibilities for an engaging user experience.
This change does not require a new app build. Users will see the updates upon their first download. For existing app users, they will need to update the app to view the changes.
