Yes. Select the page you want to remove the navigation buttons from. Click on the gray header / page title box at the top of your page layout. In the header editor on the left, under "Advanced, uncheck "Show Footer". Click save.
Removing the navigation buttons are good for entry or waiver pages into your app.
