You can easily drag and drop the location of your stops onto a map using just your mouse, but what if you need a more precise location? Well, it is as simple as clicking on the pin and editing the details for the stop. To edit a pins details:
- Go to the map screen on your tour
- Drag a pin on to the map if you haven’t already
- Click on the pin and an info window will appear
- You can now added a precise latitude and longitude to the map
- Click save to save the location, the pin will move to the coordinates you just added
You can also set the geo-fence parameters in a similar manner:
- Go to the map screen on your tour
- Drag a pin on to the map if you haven’t already
- Click on the pin and an info window will appear
- Click the Geofence tab
- You can now update the geo-fence settings:
- Set the radius to a different setting, for example 500 metres may suit a driving tour
- Add a different geo-fence location. For example if the POI is off the trail but you want the geofence to fire when the user is walking on the trail
- Disable the geo-fence completely. For example you may have several stops close together
- Click save to save the updated details
We’ve made a little GIF to show you how it all works.
